Training Calendar
Every course runs in several weekly time slots — Sundays 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, Tuesdays 11:00 AM, Wednesdays 6:00 PM, Thursdays 12:00 PM, and Saturdays 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM (Central) — so you can take the same class on whichever day suits you. Each session is a single meeting with its own price shown on the calendar. Clicking a training date on the calendar below is how you first reserve and pay for a session on that date. After the payment is processed, your ticket code is emailed to the address you submitted and your seat is reserved automatically. Already have a ticket code? Enter it below to manage your booking instead.
Bookings must be made more than 24 hours before a session starts. Dates inside that window are shown locked (🔒) on the calendar and cannot be booked or paid for.
Need a seat inside the 24-hour window? Email douglas.millner@nerxpower.com to try to arrange an exception. Late seats are not guaranteed — it depends on the class and how close to the start time you are asking — but Doug will do what he can, and can seat you directly if he approves it.
Not ready to pick a date — or buying for others? Buy training seats now and schedule later: pay once for yourself or a team, everyone gets a code, and each person books their own date whenever they're ready.
Enter Your Ticket Code — Booking or PDH Certificate
When you pay for a session, a ticket code is sent to the email address you submitted at checkout. That one code does two jobs, and looking it up shows you whichever one applies:
- Before your class — it is your seat. Look it up, then click a session on the calendar below to book, or to move your booking to a different track or date. Changes close one hour before your session starts.
- After your class — it is your certificate. Look up a code that comes back marked used and a Get My PDH Certificate button appears with your ticket. It asks for the name to print, then opens your certificate to print or save as a PDF.
- Any time — it is your key to the class materials. The presentation, reference material and any recording posted for your session appear with your ticket from the moment you book, and stay there after class, so come back with the same code whenever you need them.
Enter it to book or reschedule a session — or, if you have already attended, to collect your PDH certificate.
When you are asked for the name to print, enter it exactly as it should appear on the certificate — include your credentials if you want them shown, for example Jane Smith, P.E.
- It unlocks once you have joined the class with the Join Training button and the session’s end time has passed — usually within a few minutes of class wrapping up.
- The name is saved with your ticket the first time, so every reprint matches. Need it corrected? Email douglas.millner@nerxpower.com.
- Come back with the same code any time you need another copy — there is nothing to download or keep.

How It Works
How buying works
- Click your session's date on the calendar above — that's how you first reserve and pay for a session. Each date shows its own price and seats remaining. Dates must be booked more than 24 hours ahead; anything closer shows as 🔒 locked and needs an exception arranged by email with douglas.millner@nerxpower.com.
- Pay with PayPal right there — secure checkout in the popup. Signing up for several trainings, or buying for your team? Use Add to Cart to collect seats across any sessions, name the attendee for each seat (or leave it blank for yourself), and check out once. You get a receipt for the full order plus a separate email listing every ticket code and who it's for, and each named attendee is emailed their own code. If your PayPal account payment has issues, try paying with a debit or credit card instead (no PayPal account needed).
- Done — after the payment is processed, your ticket code is sent to the email address you submitted at checkout (usually within ~2 minutes) and your seat is reserved automatically. Your ticket also lets you change to a different session later. Buying both parts of a two-part course means two purchases (two tickets).
- At class time — return to this page, enter your code, and your "Join Training" button appears one hour before the session. Need a different date later? Your code lets you reschedule up to one hour before the session starts.
